The hotel is wonderfully located right across from the Pioneer Woman Mercantile, offering a fantastic view and a rustic charm. The rooms are stunning and unique, exceeding expectations with their spaciousness and comfortable beds. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, the lack of dining options, especially in terms of breakfast, is a drawback.
Staying at this hotel was a bit like stepping into an old detective's office, but in a large and beautiful way. The room had a nice kitchenette and table, making it convenient if you prefer fixing your own meal or snack. While the service was friendly and accommodating, the location right across from the Pioneer Woman Mercantile was truly fantastic, placing us in the heart of everything. The lack of provided breakfast was a downside, but the facilities were top-notch.
Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations with its large and well-furnished rooms featuring leather couches and chairs. The bed was soft and inviting, the shower was a good size, and the presence of bathrobes, plush towels, and a coffee bar added a touch of luxury. However, some minor repairs and deeper cleaning, especially to address upper window cobwebs, would enhance the experience.
